Job Requirements:


  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of experience providing customer support services in a fastpaced environment.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience providing customer support services in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience or training in LEAN methodology.
  • Experience supervising or developing team members through coaching
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping clients to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Experience providing customer support services in a call centre environment.
  • Information Technology Certification Program completion, or equivalent.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation course for service support/service delivery.
