As the Outside Sales Representative for our Storage Solutions Group (SSG), you are a professional sales person who is confident to consult with customers on their pallet racking, shelving, storage and material handling systems solutions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and helping customers with their challenging business needs in how they store and automate their environments.

Goals:


  • Generate revenue through sales activities working towards targets and department objectives
  • Educate client's on Johnston Equipment's line of products

Activities:


  • Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers a key focus of this role is securing new business and revenue opportunities
  • Persevere throughout an often lengthy sales process, and also with a keen awareness of the importance of aftersales service
  • Fully understand customer expectations and respond appropriately
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, designers, installers and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are successfully met
