Enviro Connexions / Waste Connections of Canada is a leader in non-hazardous solid waste management in North America.

We are looking for a Recycling Billing Clerk in the Granby District for their evening shift. A SAFETY conscious team player who is energetic, autonomous and proactive.

At Enviro Connexions, our scale clerk is an essential part of our team, the person responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our revenues and billing for services rendered.

Location:
Granby Terminal

Permanent-Full time (40+/h weeks)

Monday-Friday day

Salary : 18$/h

Experience

Secondary V.
College diploma (DEC) - asset.
2 years experience in a similar position in the transportation industry - asset.

Requirements:

Be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada
Accounting and analysis of various types of transportation services
Follow-up on Roll-Off boxes
Write annual Ad Hoc reports
Answering customers on certain billing questions
Modification and entry of contracts in the computer system
Validate that all documents required for billing have been received
Report to immediate supervisor and appropriate supervisors on problems if any
Collaborates with customer service and accounting
Performs summary data entry of reports in a spreadsheet
All other related tasks

Skills:

Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Fluency in French and English (written English primarily, oral English an asset).
Demonstrate good judgment and autonomy
Meticulous and rigorous person. Attention to detail and quality work. Sense of organization
Ability to communicate and work in a team. Versatility
Ability to work under pressure
Management of priorities. Able to manage time and prioritize work
