How you will make contributions that matter:
The Community Involvement team operates within the Corporate Responsibility Department and is responsible for defining and delivering the objectives of the Community pillar of The Saputo Promise.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Community Involvement, the incumbent will participate in project execution and provide support in managing sponsorship requests and community project outreach.
You are best suited for the role if you:
- Participate in the development and implementation of projects arising from our community partnerships. Projects consist of deploying various tactical and communications activities aimed at promoting our partnerships in the community and among our employees (e.
g:
Le Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie, ParticipACTION, Centraide, etc.);
- Contribute to the development of projectrelated content (communications, social media, visuals, etc.);
- Support employee volunteering and engagement programs and initiatives (receive and evaluate requests for employee support, help coordinate employee events, etc.);
- Participate in the followup of ongoing projects (meetings, briefs, deadlines, budgets).
- Collaborate with inhouse teams on projects.
- Help manage requests for external donations and sponsorships (evaluate and respond to requests);
- Manage dairy product donations (internal ordering process and followup with organizations);
- Generate reports as required;
- Creation of documents and presentations, as required;
- Various administrative support.
- Studies in communications, human resources, social responsibility or a related field;
- Positive attitude, dynamic, collaborative;
- Autonomy, rigor and willingness to manage multiples files;
- Professionalism and sense of priorities;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Spoken and written bilingualism (English, French) ESSENTIAL;
