• West Island chicken rotisserie Bar-BQ restaurant is looking for a fulltime chef/cook, with experience, to join our team.

• Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following food safety guidelines
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in the food service industry as a chef or cook
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Skills:
• Food service experience
• Knowledge of the food industry
• Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to cook a variety of dishes
• Experience in food preparation and handling
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
