you will be working closely with one of our exceptional Early Careers Program Managers, who will be right there with you in the office.

It is a journey you will not take alone because you will be surrounded by a dynamic cohort of your peers, all equally excited about the adventure ahead.

We have vibrant hubs in various locations, including Indianapolis, USA; Toronto, Canada; Belfast, Ireland; Gdansk, Poland; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Each of these locations contributes its own unique flavor to our program, enriching the tapestry of experiences we offer.


Each member of our development program will align to a department/role in our Workday Practice where they will work to become self-sufficient in their area through hands on learning opportunities.

In addition to those job specific skills, you will also have professional and business trainings throughout your first year.


Upon completion of the program, you will have gained knowledge and skills to help transform the organization and become the next generation of leaders at Kainos.

We are currently hiring for our January 2024 Cohort.

In this forward-facing role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with customers on Workday implementation projects and/or provide service to companies who are already using Workday or our SMART software:


Workday Human Capital Management - collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, then configure their Workday system to align with those needs.

Areas our Workday Consultants from Early Careers have specialized in are:


  • HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Learning Management System, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll


Workday Financials - collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, then configure their Workday system to align with those needs.

Areas our Workday Consultants from Early Careers have specialized in are:


  • Accounting, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Tax, Projects, Revenue Management, Expense, Banking and Settlement, Inventory, Procurement, Budgets, and Grants Management
Workday Data Conversion - responsible for moving data from one system to another.


Workday Reporting and Analytics - responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, developing custom reports using Workday tools, and reviewing output to ensure accuracy.


Workday Integrations - collaborate with clients to integrate external systems and API's with Workday using tools and technologies (XML/ XSLT/Java data transformations).


SMART, Kainos' Workday Testing Software - support your clients to build and run automated testing of their Workday system using our proprietary software.


Minimum requirements**:


  • Ability to manage your time effectively and record it accurately.
  • Ability to travel, if required
