Hiring Unit:

Position Summary:


Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the athletics attendant will welcome and assist members, as well as ensure orderly and efficient operations of the fitness center.


Duties:

  • Ensure member safety supervision
  • Provide optimal member engagement and customer service
  • Administer reservations and equipment rentals
  • Ensure proper equipment cleaning
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • CPR/AED certification
  • Aptitude for customer service
  • Ability to learn quickly and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an Englishlanguage university where daytoday duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
