We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join team as a Administrator/Receptionist who will required to focus on assisting the management team with administrative duties.

You will be required to work
Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm and work with a group of individuals and could also be responsible for receiving mail, coordinating office activities and a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities

Supports Branch Operations as Receptionist and Brand Ambassador for ParaMed.
Conduct administrative duties for the management team such as booking appointments or interviews, completing paperwork, and sending it to the appropriate person.
Coordinate office activities; troubleshoot or escalate basic office administration issues.

Qualifications:

2 or more years office and / or customer service experience
Experience in the health care field an asset, but not a must
