WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assesses IEN applicant credentials, education, and experience to determine applicant's registration eligibility.
  • Collaborates with other Registration team members to ensure that qualified IEN applicants are registered in a timely manner.
  • Interprets registration policies, processes and bylaws for staff, applicants, registrants, and other stakeholders.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthrelated program (e.g. public health, health administration, or nursing), Arts, or Business, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Three to five years of experience working in a customer service/service delivery and/or regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to think critically and act appropriately while ensuring that policies, procedures, and standards are maintained.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and follow legislative requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult decisions in a clear and logical manner.
  • Demonstrated conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, and in environments that demand cultural sensitivity
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience using current versions of MS Office. Experience accessing web and search engines, and ability to adapt to organizationspecific databases. Knowledge and experience using, MS CRM Dynamics, and MS SharePoint is preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative, government, or regulatory body environment is preferred.
