Our team goal is to solve our clients' IT issues.

You will contribute to this goal by offering Level 3 technical support on Sherweb's hosted services:
Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, G-Suite, Skype for Business and compliance services. Success in this role involves solving accurately and rapidly customers' technical issues through genuine and personalized interactions. To do this, you will collaborate with system administrators, IT operations, sales and the entire technical support team.

This is what your day-to-day in this role will look like:

  • Act as a reference for Level 2 Technical Advisors and resolve unresolved issues.
  • Assure a highquality customer service level.
  • Include, consult and collaborate with systems administrators when needed.
  • Share your knowledge with Level 2 Technical Advisors.
  • Be involved in specific projects and give training sessions occasionally.
Here's what you need to have to get the job.

If you have at least half, you have a great chance to receive a call from us.

  • College degree in Computer Science.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and customer service.
  • Bilingualism (French / English).
  • Good knowledge of Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Certifications in computerbased fields (an asset).
