The Job:

A day-in-the-life of an Executive Assistant at Earthscape will require extreme flexibility and a willingness to adapt. This is a role which _you_ will help to shape.

Tasks may include:
- summarizing conversations and organizing key points for review;
- determining project status, pain points, and highlighting outstanding tasks;
- booking meetings and managing long-term schedules;
- data analysis, which includes producing reports, presentations, charts and graphs;

KPI building, project audits, and critical analysis;

- creating managed documents that are clear and concise;
- researching and reporting back on findings.

Have a postsecondary education in a Business, Administration, Data Science or a similar field (bonus, but not required);
Have experience working within the business sector;
Have a technical brain and love problemsolving different situations discernment is very important;
Have advanced math skills, comfortable with algebra (linear algebra), geometry, basic calculus, and mental arithmetic;
Are excited and interested in learning new software (Sketchup, Computation Modeling, Advanced Excel, Automation, Report Making and Data Analysis);
Enjoy collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team, but also work effectively with little supervision;
Have a growth mindset, and learn from your mistakes;
Have excellent attention to detail, notetaking, and paraphrasing skills;
Have a natural ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

Compensation:

Hourly Wage:
$23-26/hour commensurate with experience
