Sudbury Retirement Manor is a new, 137 suite retirement residence that is set to open in January 2024.

We are a bright, modern residence with beautiful and spacious common areas as well as a wide selection of exquisite suites.

The Sales and Marketing Consultant will work alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager to maximize our leasing efforts.

You will develop leads, conduct tours, connect with community partners, maintain records and reports, utilize social media and build relationships through regular and creative follow-up.

Previous sales experience in the senior housing industry is preferred
Computer skills (Office, Excel, Word, PCC)
Reliable transportation

*This is a salary base plus commissions position.

Job Types:
Part-time, Contract with possibility of becoming Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
