We are looking for a talented individual to join our the HR team supporting the VP, Home & Business along with other Senior Leaders within the HR Team.

The ideal person for this role will be required to work independently to provide advanced, highly diversified, confidential, and senior administrative & executive assistance, while exercising initiative and judgment on a regular basis.


What you will do:

  • Provide a wide variety of senior administrative support
  • Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and arranging conference calls with both internal and external parties
  • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports and presentations as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including preparing itineraries and expense reports
  • Exercise discretion and diplomacy when liaising, on behalf of the Senior Leader
  • Interact with key internal and external stakeholders, including third party vendors
  • Contribute to the coordination, planning and management of departmental meetings, events and special projects as required
  • Manage and prioritize multiple highly sensitive projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a wellorganized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. Liaise effectively with other Executive and Administrative Assistants within Rogers and with third party service providers
  • Liaise with key executive offices to coordinate meeting and details for key events
  • Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices and all departmental purchases
  • Management of timekeeper, vacations and other related needs
  • Other administrative duties and support, as assigned

  • You are comfortable and trustworthy in handling confidential information and complex situations with professionalism, tact, diplomacy and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You know how to communicate clearly and effectively with people at all levels of our business and thrive in a team setting, while taking charge of your own results
  • Ability to work independently and including cross functional teams
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
  • Strong initiative, proactive manner and persistence in followup
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible and responsive
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize
  • Demonstrated advanced technical competence with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
