Job Duties:


  • Perform repairs and installations of windshields, back glasses, and side windows on a variety of vehicles.
  • Remove and reinstall windshields, back glass, and quarter glasses without cracking them for autobody repairs.
  • Assess and diagnose glass damage, including cracks, chips, and scratches, to determine the most appropriate repair or replacement solution.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and tools to remove and install automotive glass components safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and offering guidance on glass maintenance and care.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Glass Installer or similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in repairing and replacing windshields, back glasses, and side windows using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
