As part of its technology transformation, Intelcom is currently seeking a Business Analyst for its Business Product Management team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating in defining, planning, executing, and implementing Intelcom logistics solutions;
Fostering engagement and developing relationships with key business users, stakeholders, and clients by providing services on business process and Intelcom solutions implementation;
Collect, document, update and review business processes and scenarios into functional design documentation;
Act as a Subject-Matter Expert in both internal collaboration and customerfacing, by supporting the development of revenue generating products that are feasible, flexible and scalable;
Work with the product team to prioritize feature development that are most impactful for clients;
Manage the business requirements to ensure successful endtoend delivery;
Understand and challenge specifications, designs and test cases to ensure quality and accuracy of requirements;
Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvement;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in similar or relevant role;
University degree in engineering, business or another relevant field;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Experience in ecommerce, an asset;
Experience in logistics an asset.
Ability to juggle multiple client priorities in a fastpaced environment;
Fluent in both French and English (mandatory);
