Position Overview:


As a member of the design team, you will be responsible for assisting the lead designer with a variety of projects, including print, web, digital, and video.

Your duties will include, developing existing concepts, creating rough drafts and developing content for our social platforms.

To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to quickly navigate various design tools along with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Digital Media Team by creating and producing assets for our digital and social channels, ensuring cohesive branding across all mediums.
  • Assist the team in planning, producing, and scheduling appropriate and timely content.
  • Execute internal communications via MailChimp or a similar platform.
  • Update and organize corporate QR Code Platform and Code distribution.
  • Maintain an organized archive of project files and artwork.
  • Prepare final files for print or digital distribution, ensuring that all fonts, colours, and images meet specifications.
  • Modify legacy digital assets, updating files to vector formats where applicable.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Perform simple video/audio production functions including shooting and editing raw.
  • Footage; adding audio and special effects when applicable; adding titles and graphics; producing and editing the master audio/video; posting the audio/video to the assigned platforms.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 23 years of related fulltime experience.
  • Certification, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design.
  • Comprehensive skill with Adobe CC, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro.
  • Comprehensive skill with

Apple Creative Suite:
FinalCut, Keynote, Garageband.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Canva.
  • Thorough understanding of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to serve as a technical resource throughout the territory related to video production.
  • Comfortable with light travel for onsite shoots when needed.
  • Knowledge of copyright laws.

$50,000.00 per year
