Time Afternoon Shift: 02:30 pm
The Role:
Forklift Operator
- You will use the Counter balance & Reach Truck to assist with shipping and loading trailers.
- This will be for a hybrid position that we are looking to fill full time. The Operator will need to be able to be to process orders on the computer, as well as do pick and pack for Courier shipments
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Working efficiently & effectively to get orders filled
- Report inventory discrepancies to Supervisor
- Store received material in designated locations
- Sign appropriate paperwork from carriers
- Prepare products for loading
- Verify products against orders
- Read and interpret bill of materials
- Record information accurately and efficiently
- Preparation of shipping documentation
Be able to operate forklift trucks and material handling equipment safely:
Previous experience, current Fork Lift License and excellent communication skills are necessary requirements for this position
Salary:
$21.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse distribution: 1 year (preferred)
