We are looking for a professional
Intermediate
Site Inspector to add to our construction management team in the municipal water and wastewater sector in
Kitchener, ON.

Join our team and work alongside our technical experts to assist in delivering high-quality projects to our clients.

Help our team grow while assisting resident engineers and construction managers by inspecting work to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.

Here's What You'll Need:


  • University degree or engineering technology diploma or demonstrated experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as an inspector in the water and wastewater industry
  • Ability to read and understand construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
  • Experience inspecting the work performed by a contractor according to a construction contract
  • Experience in testing, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems on treatment facilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to keep records for all construction activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors
  • Ability to work with the project team, client, and contractor to resolve construction issues
  • Ability to gather and understand technical data for purposes of generating reports
  • The physical ability to move around an active construction site regardless of season
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
