Overview of The Role


Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Corporate Social Media, you will be responsible for contributing to the Company's success through the promotion of Saputo's corporate brand image via our growing global social media program.

With a high level of excellence and attention to detail, in this role, you will support the development of social media strategies and engaging content, as well as the maintenance of an editorial calendar for numerous social media platforms.

You will also assist with community management, visual asset creation, and social listening, as well as support the translation and proofreading activities of this global program.


How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

  • Create and publish engaging content while maintaining Saputo Inc.'s brand voice;
  • Support community management activities;
  • Address and respond to general inquiries on all social media platforms;
  • Connect with internal stakeholders to escalate any community issues;
  • Support visual asset creation for social platforms;
  • Support translation and proofreading activities;
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, platform additions and changes, as well as the latest developments in the digital marketing world;
  • Contribute to the overall social media strategy & planning process;
  • Support crisis management activities through social media social listening and community response execution.
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field;
  • 14 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or communications;
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and ads (including Google Ads), targeting, audience creation, lead generation and community growth skills;
  • Strong talent for social copywriting and copyediting;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, Spanish an asset;
  • Superior attention to detail and excellence in ensuring continuity of content and messaging;
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure deadlines and objectives are met; Creativity and team spirit.
