The Digital Strategy Portfolio Management team within IMIT (Information Management and Information Technology), is currently looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Strategy.

About the role

As Manager, Digital Strategy, you will provide management level support to the Director, Digital Strategy Portfolio Management and works collaboratively with IMIT across FNHA in related areas such as strategy developments, digital transformation, technology opportunity assessment, risk mitigation, and project and portfolio management.

Additionally, you will work with leadership in organization wide changes and transformational initiatives at FNHA.


About you
To be successful in this role you will have

  • University Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, and 8 to 10 years of relevant, recent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP Certification is an asset
  • Experience with customer relations
  • Experience working in health care setting is an asset
  • Experience working with First Nations is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and comfortable in translating technical language to nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional collaborative environments and build relationship with diverse stakeholders

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.


As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
