THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
As an HR Coordinator you are:
- Detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, selfmotivated, and resourceful
- Able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- An eager learner with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have completed postsecondary education in Human Resources Management
- Obtained a minimum of 2year related work experience
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
You will perform a variety of HR administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Perform full cycle recruitment
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process and deliver new hire orientation
- HRIMS Administration
- Benefits Administration
- Disability Management
- Health and Safety
- First point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist with audit requirements
- Complete various HR tasks as per business requirement
- Other duties as assigned
