Accounting Clerk
We are a premier Manitoba based flooring company specializing in commercial, residential, insurance, and builders supply and install operations.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Maintaining Project spreadsheets and performing reconciliations
Processing and generating monthly construction progress invoices
Processing and filing supplier invoices
Maintaining inventory catalogue
Maintaining customer and job files
Receptionist coverage (breaks/lunch/etc.)
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Skills, Education & Experience)

2+ years experience in accounting / invoicing experience
2+ years experience in a construction office environment
Intermediate level working ability with Computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Desired Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems

Analytical and strong attention to detail. Reconciling customer/supplier statements with internal records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) able to communicate with Suppliers & Customers

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
