The RoleThe HR Analyst is responsible for data analytics & reporting and supporting compensation administration activities. This role will report to the HR Operations Manager with a dotted line into the Senior Director, Total Rewards.ResponsibilitiesRespond to ad hoc report requests for HR related informationMaintain all routine reporting templates and dashboardsUtilize Power BI to create new reporting dashboardsAdminister all cyclical HR reportingCreate and update reports in DayforceCollaborate with peers on ideas to improve data accuracy in our HR systems, and with other support functions, such as Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Management to assist with reporting needs.
Support HR projects as needed, such as the annual engagement survey projectRespond to Statistics Canada survey requests.Collaborate with Support Office and Field Operations leaders to provide recommendations and guidance in setting base pay and bonus amounts.
Maintain the home office pay grade structure.Support the creation and maintenance of clinic wage rangesAdminister the cyclical compensation processes, such as annual merit and bonus decision-making and payment processes.
Collaborate with partners on the finance team to ensure that variable compensation programs are accurately forecasted and budgeted.Analyze home office and clinic compensation data for market competitiveness.
Support with ad hoc inquiries related to compensation analysis and advice.
Administer the annual vacation payout process.
Conduct minimum wage analysis and work with Regional Directors to ensure compliance.
Other responsibilities as required.
Background, Experience and Qualifications2 to 3 years of HR related experience preferred.
Strong technical skills, including significant experience with MS ExcelExperience using Power BI preferred.
Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
Completion of postsecondary education is an asset.
