We are currently recruiting a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. In this position you would report to our President and be responsible for a range of duties.

Breakdown and setup of tender opportunities including takeoffs, request for quotes to vendors, insurance and bonding request and compiling final estimate
Management of projects from initial setup to final closeout including professional communication with project stakeholders
Tracking and invoicing of active projects including job costing review for monthly billing
Coordination, scheduling and review of subcontractor and supplier invoicing
Manage the construction schedule of active and upcoming projects to ensure critical milestones and deliveries are met
Daily communication and coordination with project supervisors for scheduling of internal resources and priorities
Review monthly and annual reports along with work in progress forecasting

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in the management and/or estimating in the site construction and landscape construction industry
Minimum of 3 years experience providing leadership to multiple construction crews
Have knowledge of landscape and civil construction techniques, equipment and GPS technology
Well organized and ability to schedule time effectively
Ability to resolve problems quickly
Proficient with a computer including MS word, excel, project and experience with project estimating and costing
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
Ability to work as part of team and communicate effectively
Comfortable to ask for help or guidance from others

Salary:
$75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
