Job Summary:

The Junior Property Manager will work with the existing team of property managers on the acquisition and integration of new multifamily buildings.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the turning of all units (move outs, move ins, etc.)
Managing all building related issues
Ensuring top tenant satisfaction and retention
Keeping contact with all various suppliers, technicians, etc. as needed and scheduling regular visits/inspections
Coordinating renovation work with contractors
Coordinating site visits with designers/architects for building plans
Arranging quotes for various work under the supervision of the Property Manager and meeting specialists on site as needed
Going to the rental board as needed
Friendly and optimistic
Highly organized
Interested in fast growing company/real estate
Experience working in real estate is a + but not required
English and French required, Spanish is an asset
