Company Description
We are seeking a Printing Operator to join our Customization Team.

Machine Operation:
Operate and oversee Epson printing equipment, ensuring proper settings for
different substrates and designs.

Design Preparation:
Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to create and process designs
suitable for sublimation printing.

Material Handling:
Load Sheets onto the printing equipment, ensuring correct placement alignment
and PMS color with accurate profiles.

Quality Control:
Monitor the printing process for color accuracy, clarity, and overall quality of printed
products, adjusting as needed.

Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance on the printing machinery to sustain optimal
performance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of print jobs, material usage, equipment maintenance,
and any operational issues encountered.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating sublimation printing equipment, expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and
CorelDRAW for design preparation.

  • Prior experience in sublimation printing operations within the têxtile, or related industries is
preferred.

  • Prepares, aligns, and configures machinery, ink, rollers, and paper. Inspects proof sheets to evaluate
the quality of printing.

  • Adjusts printing machinery to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Ability to ensure precise color reproduction and print quality, maintaining consistency in output.
  • Capability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
  • Ability to work with various substrates and adjust settings to accommodate different materials.
  • English speaking and ability to become a team player is a must.
  • Able to work at a fast-paced environment.
