Primary Responsibilities:
The overall focus of the role is to support the Brand and Marketing department in analytical and administrative areas.

The Brand Shared Services Supervisor will provide the Brand/Marketing Shared resource team with guidance as it may relate to Brand/Marketing requests and issues.

Areas of focus will include end-to-end understanding and training the team on Brand processes, data retrieval and tracking of sales, product maintenance as required, and distribution of tasks to the shared services team.

This position also interacts directly with Tree of Life cross functional teams, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and Finance.

Essential Functions:

  • Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food).
  • Supervision and Coordination of National Brand/Marketing Assistant/Coordinator Team.
  • Handle daytoday issues in the Brand Shared Service area as they relate to the normal functions of the Brand Co-Ordinator's.
  • Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of Brand Co-Ordinator's work in meeting the corporate expectations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all Brand Coordinator functions, including but not limited to: Launch sample distribution, tracker updates, Presentation updates, launch decks, one pagers, communication to cross functional teams, internal and external memos.
  • Handle various Brand Shared Service department projects, delegating as appropriate (i.e., new item set ups, new brand/marketing requests, task handling efficiencies).
  • Trade show support will be required.
  • Scheduling daily tasks as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

  • University Degree in Marketing or Business is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience working in Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the CPG industry working with Brands and or Marketing departments is an asset.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Experience using AS400 and ERP systems is an asset.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to get along with diverse personalities and develop strong relationships. Must be tactful, resourceful, and flexible.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately, especially when under time constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to successfully interact with all departments to achieve goals.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) and fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of business and industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage brand processes from start to finish.
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment with diverse stakeholders.
