Program Overview
The University of Toronto has obtained a grant to assist in developing Africa's next generation of healthcare leaders.

As part of this initiative, the Institute for Management & Innovation's (IMI) Executive Programs unit, IMIx, is offering a 9-month online Certificate of Effective Healthcare Management to enhance the management knowledge and leadership capabilities of managers and practitioners working in the healthcare sector in Africa.

The program covers seven topic segments delivered online via Zoom one night per week over a period of 9 months.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our instructional team and assist in the development of one of the seven program segments that focuses on _Forensic Considerations for Healthcare.

Description of the program segment
Healthcare organizations are readily susceptible to fraud, corruption, and cybercrime.

Consequently, managers and practitioners will benefit from an understanding of the potential debilitating challenges their organization may face, how those may be investigated and mitigated, and how they may be prevented.

Segment modules will cover topics including Healthcare Frauds, Corruption, and Cybercrimes, Introduction to Forensic Investigation and Analysis, and the Introduction to Forensic Accounting Tools.

This segment will be taught online once per week, and each session will be 3 hours in length.

Online sessions will take place on Wednesdays from 12:00-3:00 pm EST

Instructor / Developer

Salary:

IMIx hourly teaching rate = $600 an hour
IMIx hourly development rate = $300 an hour

Total salary for 12 hours = $7200 (teaching) + $3600 (development) = $10,800
