Your Key Responsibilities:

Support Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in leading restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. Help instill a commitment to excellence in every aspect of operations.

Assist with Event Coordination: Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee events, coordinate live music, and manage the vibrant nightlife atmosphere. Ensure seamless execution and an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Daily Operations Management: Help manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

Maintenance Oversight: Assist in organizing and scheduling regular maintenance tasks, overseeing equipment repair and upkeep as needed to maintain a well-functioning establishment.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on product and policy changes for front-of-house staff. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen team is well-trained on changes in food production, product specs, and quality control.

Performance Feedback: Participate in providing performance feedback for front-of-house staff.


Who You Are:

A Seasoned Professional. With 2-3+ years of proven management experience in the hospitality industry, you're ready to take on the challenge of this venture.
