Co-op/Intern - Data Management:

Please note that this paid Co-op/Internship opportunity is for a part time, 8-month duration with a possibility of extension.

Objectives/Tasks:

Develop/build packages and auditing SSIS
Assist team members with: developing data models, mapping source systems and using extract/transfer/load (ETL) principles
Develop solutions and/or packages using MS Visual Studio

Documentation Auditing

Create/update technical documentation
Opportunity to participate in Projects/Initiatives
Assist with innovative solutions to positively impact patient care.
Any other tasks based on the team needs

Education Qualifications

Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (in progress) or pursuing appropriate professional certifications
Experience using Microsoft SSRS and Visual Studio
Experience in business intelligence tools is an asset
Experience with modern relational databases and data modelling is an asset
SQL knowledge (queries, stored procedures, alerts, index optimization) is an asset
Python knowledge is an asset
