We are looking for a Strategic Sales Analyst to join our Strategic Business Services group at Alertdriving. The successful individual will act as a sophisticated consultant for the Sales teams.

This will include (but is not limited to) providing insightful recommendations based on sound evaluation and analysis on Business Cases, Business Reviews, Scorecards, and developing customer relationships through Operational Reviews with Customers.

You will be expected to take the lead on these initiatives and be responsible for ensuring that the proper process is adhered to.

Previous sales experience is not essential, since our onboarding, training and purpose-built sales tools put new team members on the fast track.

This role reports to the Director of Strategic Business Services.

Tasks of a Sales Strategy Analyst include:

  • Utilize industry, client, and product knowledge to proactively find ways to support the sale, management, expansion, and the renewal of accounts.
  • Create insightful Business Cases, Reviews and Scorecards.
  • Facilitate the process of revenue transformation and ROI analysis for prospects and existing clients.
  • Support Customer Operational Reviews with program analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of analytical dashboards & process optimization.
  • Create compelling sales stories.

Desired Skills & Experience

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:


  • Post-Secondary education with a background in Business.
  • You have a curious mind and love digging in for answers.
  • Ability to understand and follow processes.
  • Familiarity in MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with Mac software, including; Pages & Keynote is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously & carry out assigned projects with mínimal supervision.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • 12 years business experience is preferred.
  • High level of business maturity, willingness to learn & ability to speak with senior level executives.
