Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Diploma from a recognized Office/Business Administration Program.

Minimum 5 years of clerical experience in an organization of significant size and complexity with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Minimum 1 year of experience with AHS ESP Staffing Services or in a Staffing liaison role. Minimum 2 years' experience working with the child and youth population or with addiction and mental health population. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, time management, organization skills, and ability to effectively liaison with various professionals required. Ability to take initiative to complete tasks, meet required deadlines and coordinate challenging priorities with mínimal supervision. Ability to work in a sedentary, busy and fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, shifting priorities and overlapping deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

iProcurement, e-People and Connect Care will be considered an asset. Two years' experience with the Child and Youth Population. Experience working with vulnerable populations within addiction and mental health is considered an asset.
