We are now seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC


This role is responsible for managing our face-to-face fundraising teams; in charge of leading and motivating them to raise money for the charities we're currently advocating for in Vancouver.

In this position, you will:


  • Be in charge of the overall performance and growth of the F2F team
  • Take under your wing new hires and Team Leaders
  • Raise funds directly through F2F fundraising on streets, doortodoor, and malls
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing training and feedback
  • Track campaign/team performance
  • Reporting activity, targets, and results
