POSITION OVERVIEW


Working within the Marketing
Team and reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation you will provide the crucial support required for flawless and timely implementation of our digital strategy.

You will work closely with other marketing team members, media vendors, internal agencies and network partners providing support on various online projects including but not limited to Facebook campaigns, Google ads, Search engine optimization as well as digital reporting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns or campaign initiatives, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support campaigns across search engine marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization as well as digital reporting
  • Supporting the digital activities by way of campaign asset collation & distribution, managing campaign targeting lists, coordinating with media agencies to ensure the timely and efficient execution.
  • Act as a quality assurance medium for all planned digital activities.
  • Prepare reporting on campaign performance.
  • Conduct research and maintain awareness of the most recent digital trends aligned to business goals.
  • Review campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.

Qualification:


  • University Degree or College Diploma (Business, Marketing, or related field)

Must have skills;

  • Keen interest/willingness to carve career growth in digital marketing.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for "pixel perfection"
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and facilitate multiple project execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to follow directions as well as adherence to company values/policies.
  • Basic knowhow of online campaigns set up for various online channels like Facebook & Google as well as performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, sessions, unique users and such.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:


  • 12 year of experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment preferable a media agency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Basic know how of HTML, Word Press.
  • Working knowledge of content optimization.
