  • Find passion in new challenges. Every chance to learn and move things forward with your cando attitude or to share your entrepreneurship excites you.
  • Seek opportunities for growth. You are excited by the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional delivery teams to ensure project management activities are effectively followed.
  • Assist in project coordination and synchronization activities.
  • Monitor and track project information, including project documentation, deliverables, change requests, communication, change management, status reports, risks, and issues.
  • Proactively address clients' evolving needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project leaders with administrative duties related to project management, including team member hours tracking and budget reporting.
  • Build and maintain plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Plan, schedule, and document internal and external project meetings.
  • Provide regular and detailed updates to project stakeholders.
  • Handle adhoc duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of project coordination or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and highly organized.
  • Technology industry experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and related tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence) is a plus.

Benefits and Perks

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule of fulltime hours. As a remotefirst organization, we care about the work you do, but it's up to you to choose where and how you do it.
  • Explore ongoing opportunities for professional development: training, conferences, certifications, and inhouse peer mentorship.
  • Experiment with new techniques, wear multiple hats and learn about new disciplines.
  • Pursue independent projects, explore new ideas, and challenge yourself in your field with dedicated "Awesome time" (selfdirected professional development) annually and quarterly training budgets.
  • On top of standard medical and dental coverage, we offer benefits like a parental leave topup plan, an EAP, mental health coverage, virtual healthcare and a minimum vacation policy.
  • Our Toronto HQ is a modern, ergonomic space complete with hotelling standing/sitting desks available and an openconcept social atmosphere.
  • Additional perks are available including inhouse mindfulness sessions, an employee stock option plan, remote group gettogethers, and more

Performance and Growth Expectations
We emphasize accountability for outcomes, but autonomy in activities.

Your work will be measured across a number of data points (peer, leader & project team feedback) and will also be measured on the basis of client and user satisfaction.

Your growth path is in your hands— you'll have ongoing meetings with your leader to help determine your path, but your progress will be based on what you hope to achieve and how you choose to access the resources available to you.
