We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monitoring strategies and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Aternity in improving digital experience and IT performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Aternityrelated inquiries, issues, and escalations, and collaborate with Aternity support and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor Aternity dashboards and reports to proactively identify and address performance issues, anomalies, and trends impacting digital experience and IT operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Aternity configurations, workflows, and monitoring strategies based on evolving business needs and IT requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Aternity or similar monitoring tools

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Aternity certification or relevant training is a plus.

Job Type:

Fixed term contract

Pay:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
