The impact you'll have
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Provide customer assistance
- Document customer interactions
- Run diagnostics to resolve customerreported issues
- Escalate issues to the next Tier
- Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
- Followup with customers to ensure issues are resolved
The value you'll bring
- A+ Certification preferred
- Occasional weekend work (24 times a year)
- Proficiency with macOS and Windows
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Detailoriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
- Ability to prioritize work independently
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
