Full-Time position, based in Guelph Ontario, responsible for the management of the sales relationship with existing clients and prospects while supporting all steps of the sales and distribution cycle.

This position provides assistance to customers in making informed purchase decisions as well as supporting sales lead generation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

These duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and monitor customer quotes and buying patterns, follow up as required and get feedback from customer.
  • Present and Sell the Vending Program to prospects via field sales reps
  • Responsible to call ALL customers in your portfolio weekly to track and review partnership development.
  • Update customers and vendor files as needed, and ensure all customer profiles have been completed for all new accounts
  • Generate and send out reports daily/weekly/monthly, etc.
  • Plan and organize internal communication related to your key account portfolio.
  • Perform Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews.
  • Help drive Sales and meet or exceed Business targets.

Experience / Qualifications/Education

Education/Certification:


  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Sales or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training

Experience:


  • Two (2) to three (3) years experience in a Marketing or Sales position managing key accounts and related processes
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, with an ability to drive Sales and meet/exceed business targets
  • Knowledge and expertise with CRM/ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL an asset

  • Fluently Bilingual French and English (oral and written)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problemsolving skills
  • Good business math skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, must be well organized, motivated and able to recognize and support TYTAN's philosophy
