The Director of Wellness will be responsible for:

  • Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
  • Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible
  • Lead for infection prevention and control practices
  • Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support career growth
  • Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
  • Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
  • Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
  • Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
  • Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Must haves:

  • Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent written/oral communication skills
