We are currently seeking a
Distribution Team Lead for our
Winnipeg Distribution Centre located at
230 Panet Road.


As a Distribution Team Lead you will be responsible for supervising and training the distribution team members to meet the company's strategic, competitive, and internal needs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

As the Distribution Team Lead you will:

  • Assist with initial training and orientation of new team members to develop furniture handling skills, proficiency in using tools, and high-quality customer service.
  • Provide performance improvement suggestions to the distribution supervisory team based on team feedback and observation.
  • Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with all safe work practices and rules.
  • Ensure that all training and compliance is current and managed with all team members within our safety guidelines.
  • Prioritize work assignment and handle multiple tasks to ensure that all distribution assigned task are completed as scheduled.
  • Other duties as required.
  • High school diploma, with a minimum of 1 year of distribution experience.
  • Knowledge on relevant industry standards and guidance.
  • Ability to learn inhouse computer programs.
  • Highly effective decisionmaking and problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a business environment.
  • Good physical condition with stamina to lift at least pounds.
  • Demonstrate the company's Values.
  • Flexible work schedules to meet the requirements of the operation.
  • Criminal background check required.
