    Heidelberg Materials is looking for a Ready-Mix Driver to join their team in Brantford. If you want to lay a solid foundation for your career, this might be the perfect opportunity. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to job sites while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

    What You'll Get To Do

    Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing in this role:

    • Deliver Ready Mix Concrete to the customer in a timely manner
    • Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe manner
    • Perform minor roadside repairs as needed
    • Inspect mix, slump, and verify load size
    • Collaborate with customers to provide excellent service
    • Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routes
    • Assemble concrete chutes and operate controls during pour
    • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures

    What We Are Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
    • Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A or B
    • Strong communication and math skills
    • Minimum of one year of commercial vehicle driving experience
    • Good driving record with valid medical card
    • Knowledge of concrete operations is a plus
    • Mechanical background preferred
    • Flexible availability and reliable attendance
    • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
