Roska DBO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements to identify data needs and develop efficient solutions.
Develop and maintain Excelbased solutions, including complex spreadsheets, macros, and VBA scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and macros to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Develop and maintain robust data models and structures within Knack, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Conduct data analysis, interpret findings, and present actionable insights to support business decisionmaking.
Generate reports and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and database management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, macros, and VBA programming.
Experience working with database management tools like Knack or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and database concepts.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass a preemployment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
Must possess a clean driver's abstract and have reliable transportation as traveling between our multiple locations is required.
Position requires long periods of sitting at a desk, typing, viewing a computer screen, etc.
