Scope

Under general supervision, the Disclosure Clerk will respond to complex requests for disclosure of information and perform basic accounting duties.

Considerable independence of judgment and action is exercised within existing policies and legislation.

Responsibilities:

Respond to complex requests for disclosure of information and court orders.
Research and analyze information related to requests.
Review, retrieve and summarize information from databases and other sources.
Prepare billing statements for outside agencies and perform accounts receivable invoicing and collection follow-up and liaising with outside agencies.
Respond to inquiries related to the work and perform other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 supplemented by completion of several post-secondary courses.
Minimum three years of progressively responsible related experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

You are required to obtain and maintain the relevant level of security clearance throughout employment with the RCMP Surrey Detachment.

Conditions of Employment

This position requires completion of an RCMP Reliability Security Clearance.
