Currently, our rapidly expanding team and site network is looking for a
Human Resources Manager who can work for us on a
full-time, permanent basis, in the
Greater Toronto
Area.

This
hybrid role will be able to be performed on a primarily remote basis, but there will be an occasional need to work out of our
Head Office (Toronto) or GTA area sites.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintain programs, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist in aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Assist staff, supervisors, and managers in accurately interpreting HR programs, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines
Maintain responsibility for the company's compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
Contribute and maintain an employeeoriented company culture that emphasized excellence, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Establish and maintain a wage and salary structure, pay policies, and variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
Train people managers, including in performance management
Assist in the management of superior workforce development, employee retention, employee morale, and employee worklife balance
People management and oversight of the Canadian HR team
Recommend and assist in the design of employee training programs such as New Employee Orientation, Employee Performance Management, and others as identified
Maintain and update reporting of the company's HR metrics and data

Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian HR legislation and best practices
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively using workplace technology, in person, and over the phone
Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a management role
CHRP/CHRL (or completed coursework requirement) would be an asset
