The legendary Cambie Bar is looking for a Host/Coat Check to join our team

We're a fun, lively bar located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver.

Our goal is to create a unique dining or pub experience for all of those who walk in the door.

We are looking to expand our amazing team,.

Availability on the following days is a MUST: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

Host(ess) Job Requirements

Knowledge of the restaurant/hospitality industry a plus
Must be organized and have clear communication in person and on the phone
Attention to detail and a positive attitude is key
Follow health and safety protocol

Coat Check Requirements

Handle cash transactions for registration, coat check, or ticket sales
Balance cash to recorded sales and investigate any variances
Complete required paperwork for cash recording/tracking purposes
Keep work area tidy and organized
Assist with other light duties
Greet guests and wristband/stamp as needed
Previous experience working with a POS system
Ability to perform basic drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Passion for hospitality and customer service
