Contractual until March 29, 2024:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Full time, 37.5h/week
  • 22$/h

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Generate, receive, check and send timesheets (as directed by supervisor);
  • Maintain inventory, place orders and follow up on deliveries;
  • Follow up with companies and subcontractors (maintenance, inspection, repair);
  • Update procedure binders;
  • Produce documents, do layout and translation as needed;
  • Any other related task

  • Confortable with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French
  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is an important asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detailoriented, discrete and professional
