Number of positions: 1-
Contractual until March 29, 2024:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Full time, 37.5h/week
- 22$/h
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Generate, receive, check and send timesheets (as directed by supervisor);
- Maintain inventory, place orders and follow up on deliveries;
- Follow up with companies and subcontractors (maintenance, inspection, repair);
- Update procedure binders;
- Produce documents, do layout and translation as needed;
- Any other related task
Desired Profile:

- Confortable with constantly shifting priorities.
- Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is an important asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detailoriented, discrete and professional
