Position Summary:

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support across the organization.

This individual will resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, network, and any other technology-related issues at Stage Windows Inc., providing technical support to cross-functional teams at all company locations.


The IT Support Technician will also be responsible for assisting in implementing any new technologies and devices within Stage Inc.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment delivering high-quality results according to Stage Windows standards.

This role is required one to be on-site to meet company and personnel needs.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, mobile phones, printers, and other related devices
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support all installed software on a variety of hardware and Windows platforms
  • Ability to maintain ERP system and support department needs for minor changes and product development
  • Ability to develop and implement functionalities and logic in the ERP system
  • Relate with the IT external support team mainly for database maintenance and security
  • Responsible for the buildings security alarms and video surveillance
  • Maintain a log of all IT system and hardware issues establishing a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Maintain system documentation, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, accessibility, and confidentiality in a secure central location
  • Manage active directory user account management
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
  • Create and maintain an inventory of all hardware devices
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity protection and education
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as may be warranted by business growth

Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the area of technology
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a Technology related field
  • Willingness to learn new ideas, concepts, and approaches
  • Exposure to both Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to nontechnical audiences
  • Knowledge of general computer hardware and peripherals
  • Knowledge associated with IT security best practices and technologies such as user management, antivirus software, basic firewall configuration
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of applicable IT laws and regulations Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
