Duties:
- Plan, organize, and direct building construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise building renovation activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress
Job Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng., Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with setting up fabrication shops and installation of overhead cranes is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Understand how this position impacts the quality of products and services our customers provide

- Be selfmotivated with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
- Work well within a team environment

Pay:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
