Rotation/Shifts:

Days, 1/2 weekends, 4 shifts per week, 6 hour shifts (06:0012:00).

What you will do:

As a Patient Food Service Attendant, you will assemble, prepare, and portion meals, assist in the delivery of meals to patients, and provide dishwashing services

Responsibilities include:

Set up work station at the beginning of every food service;
Prepare and portion food and supplies for meal assembly according to set guidelines and menus;
Assist in the delivery of food and service carts to the various nursing units;
Provide excellent customer service;
Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, tables and serving areas

Basic Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent;
Valid Food Handlers certificate;
Must be able to work on their feet at all times;
Must be able to work without constant supervision.
