Duties
We are looking for someone with experience in the following:

Managing Receivables
Managing Vendor Invoices and Inventory items
Payroll
Safety Administration
Answering the phone when necessary, in a courteous and friendly manner
Collections
Delivering excellent customer service
Scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services
Assisting the secretary and counter staff with duties as required
Maintaining general office filing system
Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer

What does it take to get on track?

MUST HAVE: Administrative or accounting diploma for an accredited post secondary institution
MUST HAVE: Previous accounting/book keeping experience
MUST HAVE: 3+ years performing administrative support in a retail environment
MUST HAVE: Recent payroll experience
Automotive industry experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered a definite asset
Proven organizational and time management skills in order to effectively manage independent work and customer inquiries
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
